What is 3D Protein?
Reflex Nutrition’s 3D Protein combines a unique ratio of Native Whey Protein, Micellar Casein and Egg White Protein. We use a 45:45:10 ratio to deliver an optimised protein blend that offers complete support to your workout regime.

By using three types of protein, 3D Protein® provides an immediate hit of native whey protein straight after exercise, as well as drip-feeding the muscles medium release egg white protein and then slow release micellar casein, providing an extended supply of amino acids over a longer period of time. By using a protein supplement after a workout, you can capitalise on the body’s ability to boost protein synthesis often referred to as the window of opportunity which exists up to around an hour after exercise.

Consume 2-3 servings daily, ideally post-workout.
Mix 35g, which is approximately three heaped 25ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 350ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. These are guidelines, and for a creamier or thicker shake, more or less liquid can be added to taste. Once mixed, consume immediately.
How is it made?
45% Native Whey Protein A process of extracting pure native whey protein directly from fresh milk instead of during the cheese-making process. Native whey is inherently one of the most expensive and time consuming dairy processes to undertake. Only a handful of dairies in the world are capable of undertaking the process, which is why you rarely see it being used in protein powders.
45% Micellar Casein As per native whey protein, we insist on only using milk sourced from EU grass-fed cattle as the starting material. We do not use milk or whey products from the USA because of the widespread use of growth hormones and antibiotics. The process involved in making this protein employs an ultra filtration process that is carried out at low temperature to capture every single valuable milk protein in its native form while carefully filtering out fat and sugars.
10% Egg White Isolate
By pasteurising egg whites, we are able to harness the protein whilst removing the other microbiological organisms. The eggs are then dehydrated to create a pure egg white protein powder.

45% Native Whey Protein
Native whey is a fast-release protein that is digested quickly, and delivers exceptional nutritional qualities. Factually, native whey protein contains more branched-chain amino acids, up to 16% more L-leucine, more essential amino acids and nearly 40% more cystine. It is the purest and most natural form of whey protein currently produced.
45% Micellar Casein
Of the three proteins found in 3D Protein, micellar casein is digested slowest and allows a steady release of amino acids into the bloodstream. As the casein hits the stomach acids, it turns into a gel, causing it to be digested far slower than whey. This drip-feeds muscles with protein over a longer period of time, helping to ensure that the body has a constant supply of amino acids throughout your recovery period.
10% Egg White Protein Isolate
With a medium rate of digestion, pure egg whites have been the ‘go to’ protein for bodybuilders for decades. Egg is second only to whey protein for its 100% biological value. Its use in protein powders as a main ingredient has declined over recent years due to its expense, but there are few proteins that can replace all of the qualities that egg offers, which is why it has been included in 3D Protein.
Patented LAB2PRO® Friendly Bacteria
A fourth dimension to 3D Protein is the addition of friendly bacteria. Three different strains are used; Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus. They are LAB2PRO® friendly bacteria, which have been coated using a patented protection process to ensure that they reach the upper intestine intact.
