Banana, Coconut and Vanilla Protein Ice Cream
- 170g Greek Yoghurt
- 100ml coconut milk
- 2 x frozen bananas
- A handful of desiccated coconut
- 25g of 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
1. Combine all the ingredients except the desiccated coconut in a blender
2. Pour into a container
3. Add the coconut
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours
