Making a purchase could not be easier; just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order using a 128bit security encryption system.
We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, AMEX, Switch and Solo cards. When making a card payment, please ensure that the billing address you enter is the address your card is registered to. Personal cheques, postal orders and cash can be used as payment methods but please call: 01273 303817 to place your order. We would recommend that you send these particular methods of payments using a Recorded Post service as we will not be held responsible for any incurred loss.
When you receive email confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order; it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Once we have accepted your order and sent you an invoice this will indicate a contract between us. We have included this in our Terms & Conditions to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable, unless an exclusive special offer has been abused then we reserve the right to change the final price without prior notice or consent.
Please note that you will not qualify for free shipping if your order is under £25 or your delivery address is outside UK. To benefit from our special web offers you must sign up for an account. This signing up process will take less than 1 minute of your time and once done, you will be kept up to date with our latest offers.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All U.K. Mainland orders over £25 are shipped free of charge, all U.K. Mainland orders under £25 will incur a flat rate fee of £4. We use 3 different couriers for U.K. Mainland deliveries, if your order is under 1kg in weight and consists of 1-2 small capsule products or single accessories; it will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Anything larger than this will be sent using either Interlink Express or UK Mail. All U.K. Mainland order are sent using a next working day delivery service (cut of time dependant). For example, if you place your order at 5pm on a Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday. Our standard timescale from placing your order to receiving your delivery is 5 working days.
N.B. If your order is sent via courier it will need to be signed for – normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm however, you will receive a text message notifying you of your 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery. If you are not present to sign for your goods, a contact card will be left. If no response is given with 7 working days it may be returned to us. In this event, please contact us to arrange redelivery, please aware that a redelivery fee of £5 may be charged.
We will not be held responsible theft (if you request your parcel be left in your ‘safe place’ or with a neighbour) or incorrect / incomplete address details that you have provided.
If you wish to place an order for delivery to another destination which does not appear on our list, please contact us for details of your nearest local distributor. For general export enquiries, please contact our Export Sales Team – [email protected].
If you need to change your delivery address once we have already accepted your order, we will charge you £5 to do this.
If you decide to return your order to us, we will charge a £5 re stocking fee for any order of any size. This charge does not apply if you return your goods to us within the 7 day cooling off period or under our 100% money back guarantee.
Every single Reflex Nutrition product comes with a full money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund but please call us first to arrange a return.
