What is Creapure® Creatine Powder?

Creapure® Creatine enhances physical performance over successive bursts of short-term high intensity exercise.

It has become one of the most widely used supplements among both recreational sports people as well as athletes and professional sports people alike.

Reflex Nutrition only use Creapure® Creatine which is the premium brand of creatine on a worldwide basis and meets the highest individual standards  of quality, safety and effectiveness.  High quality, safe creatine products bear the Creapure® logo.

What are the benefits?

  • Simple to take powder form
  • Aids the body’s natural stores of creatine
  • Instrumental in the provision of energy

Creapure® Creatine powder increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity exercise.

Who is it for?

The body contains on average between 80 to 130g of creatine digesting or excreting  one or two percent of it per day.  The body can synthesise it naturally but short falls need to be absorbed through dietary or supplementary sources.  delivers the additional creatine the body requires each day, as only 50% can be produced by the body naturally. Taking creatine is perfectly safe, as any excess taken will simply be processed by the kidneys and excreted as urine. This product is completely free from BSE transmitting substances, which is especially poignant when you consider that every other type of creatine is made in China, with varying degrees of quality control.

Creapure® Creatine Powder is suitable for men and women over the age of 16, who are training to improve their performance, endurance and recovery times.

Made by synthesizing non-animal-sourced materials, Creapure® Creatine is guaranteed to be vegetarian and is suitable for vegans, but is not currently suitable for coeliacs.

Recommended Usage

The body naturally makes creatine in the liver, kidneys and pancreas, but can only create half of the daily creatine that is required.  The body contains on average between 80 to 130g of creatine, digesting or excreting one to two percent of it per day.  The body can synthesise it naturally but shortfalls need to be absorbed through dietary or supplementary sources.

Mix Creapure® Creatine Powder in liquids such as water, protein shakes, milk or juice. As a general rule of thumb, for every 1g of creatine, mix with at least 100ml liquid.  Creapure® Creatine needs to be drunk immediately after mixing as the potency of creatine is lost if left to stand for prolonged periods.

How is it made?

Creapure®  Creatine is synthesised using a process that is recognised as having the highest possible standards in relation to purity and safety and is therefore guaranteed to be completely free from BSE transmitting substances.  The process of synthesis uses non animal derived ingredients and extensive trials and tests on Creapure® Creatine and have guaranteed the long-term safety of its use.

The science behind it

From elite sportspeople to men and women just starting out in sporting endeavours, people recovering from an injury and those looking to boost everyday activities, Creapure® Creatine Powder can increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.

From high-intensity and endurance exercises such as sprinting, swimming, rowing, weightlifting and cycling, to maximum strength sports, creatine increases phosphocreatine reserves, which are molecules that serve as high-energy stores during exercise.

Supplementing with creatine is completely legal and is not considered doping, as creatine has been classed a food by the IOC (International Olympic Committee). Supplementation of creatine provides an easy and guaranteed source of creatine to support sporting efforts.
