This means that you can use any Reflex product without risk and in the unlikely event you don’t feel the product has offered any benefit, you can return it without penalty. All that we ask is that the remainder of the product along with the receipt of purchase, outer tub and any other packaging is returned. Whatever your reason for returning the product, we will be happy to refund your purchase price IN FULL.

How to claim on the money back guarantee

If you buy a Reflex Nutrition product from our online store that you are not 100% satisfied with, all you need to do is send the remaining product back to us with a covering letter telling us who you are, when you bought the product and why you are unhappy. We will have all records of your purchase. Once we have received your returned product, we will refund you your purchase price.

If you purchased any of our products from one of our many distributors, retailers or e-Partner and you are unhappy with your purchase you can still claim on the guarantee. The process is similar but we will require your original proof of purchase with the remaining product.

Please note that it is Reflex Nutrition and not the distributor who offer the guarantee.

  1. If a refund is requested, the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. No refunds will be issued for goods that have been previously exchanged under this guarantee.
  4. No refunds will be issued for the same item that have been purchased on multiple occasions.
  5. Goods must be returned to the address given on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
  6. We will not be held responsible for returned goods that get lost in transit. We suggest using a traceable service.
  7. Reflex Nutrition reserve the right to contact the retailer to verify your purchase.
  8. Refunds can be made via PayPal or Personal Cheque, please make us aware which you would prefer in your covering letter.
  9. If you request an exchange, outward delivery is made free of charge. However, if delivery is unsuccessful on 3 occasions the parcel will be returned to us. At which point, a redelivery fee of £5 may be incurred.
  10. If you request an exchange, your replacement product must be of similar value or less.
  11. This guarantee is only available to UK residents.
  12. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
